About 15 minutes into the boil, even though reviewing the Guidance, I spotted that I hadn??t gotten the imersion wort chiller organized for use for after the boil. A person very important step is getting the chiller build and inserted into your kettle with about 20 minutes remaining from the boil. The good thing is, the chiller couldn??t be simpler
